2. Upgrading & Downgrading Processes
Plan updates are managed securely through Stripe Checkout:
Open Billing Settings
Navigate to your User Dashboard > Account Settings > Billing & Subscriptions.
Choose Your Tier
Click the Upgrade or Downgrade button under the plan you want to select.
Complete checkout on Stripe
The platform redirects you to Stripe's secure portal to enter payment details or confirm plan modifications.
Automatic Upgrade
Stripe syncs the transaction details with Mockrithm, and your account is upgraded automatically.
3. Plan Changes Billing Rules
- Downgrades: If you downgrade, your premium features remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy details. Contact support within 7 days of upgrade if you require assistance.
